Time to say Goodbye!
Well, it is with great regret I will temporarily say goodbye - unfortunately the lease buyout was way too high based on actual value, and new lease MF are ridiculous! So I have moved on to a 2020 Porsche Macan S, which is incredible to drive, but I will definitely miss my 17 - F Type - the handling, shifting with paddles, and above all that exhaust sound that is amazing! Hope to be back in one someday!
Also had a few OEM bits for sale (Scissor Jack, Wheel Brace, Rear Trunk area mat) plus the front STO N SHO bracket - all listed on the Marketplace)
Thanks to all those who helped answer questions on my beloved car, over the past three years!
Regards

@17jag Sorry to hear you already switched. Som members handed in their cars and sat back for a few months. Traced their old car [ often located with another dealer ],
bought it for 60-70% of the buyout value, and get 24 months of guarantee as well... ... you could still look for it six months from now and trade in the Macan..

It has the complete F-Type underpinnings, and active suspension..
At the risk of sounding sexist, women would not like it if it had the masculine brutishness of a Jaguar without the looks.
But my brother does say it handles surprisingly well.
So keeping in mind that the car has 190 miles on it, and is yet to be broken in, we are driving under 3000 RPM. No, it does not handle as well as the Jaguar, and it also does not sound as good! However, for a mid size SUV, with 350+ hp, I can tell you that it performs. Stated 0-60 is around 5 secs. Handling is the best I have driven in an SUV. My car came with the 21 inch wheels, and I live in a hilly area, and it corners amazingly well. Cabin layout, electronics, navigation far outclass the Jag. Seats are also very comfortable. My wife is the primary, and she loves it.
Is it a Jag - no! However, I can tell you that it is a great driving car. Hope to be back in a F Type next year, as long as Jaguar gets realistic on its Financing! They are so non competitive, its a bit scary.

One of the issues with Porsche is exactly that - they make such small numbers compared to BMW that the incentives are just not there with a Porsche. I guess its the price you pay.....
