I just recently purchased some secondary 20in. OEM Jag wheels (apologies, I don't know the names of the different wheel offerings) off Facebook to replace my 18s with. One wheel had a bit of curb rash on it that I was aware of and figured it to not be a big deal to get cleaned up before popping new tires on and getting the new wheels on the car. I took it to a place I have previously used to powder coat the 18s and roll the wheel in for them to tell me there is nothing they can do because it is black chrome. I was really surprised, I did not think that black chrome was an OEM option and that anything black was just painted black gloss from the factory. I brought the wheel back home and inspected closer and on the interior of the wheel on two spokes I noticed what I assume are color identifiers for the wheels saying "EX5M-1007-BA SPARKLE SILVER" and "EX5M-1007-DA GLOSS BLACK". Just guessing that this wheel could be received either in silver or black finish.
I attached a couple pics of the purchased wheels. Just wondering if I am wrong and there was a black chrome option or this shop has gone downhill since I last used them?
