Default Short LR Scarborough story..

I know it's the F-Type forum, my F is long gone and I'll make my way to the X150 room soon enough. Just wanted to share my recent experience at LR Scarborough. From Eric (sales) to Simon (business), on to Brian (service in Maine) and then Noah (service mgr.) at the Bedford store, all extremely professional. I can't predict your experience, but the price was fair, the car had a great service history, they delivered it to my house in Mass., and overnighted the paperwork. There was one minor mechanical issue, which was handled fantastically by Brian and Noah. The Bedford store retrieved the car, did the repair and delivered it back to Mass. Unheard of in this day and age, especially unexpected at this price point. I have never left reviews, and this is my 33rd(?) car, and the first one ever to have a dealer logo still attached. A couple days after, I got a survey email from Jaguar. I gave straight tens. I just hope a person at JLR sees it, but not that old guy with the paint brush from the TV ad.

Any info on what they did? What was wrong with the car?

One of the cooling tubes under the intake had split. Not uncommon. I wasn't sure where the coolant was going at first, until I parked it facing slightly downhill and it spilled out.

Amazing experience indeed! Likely saved your engine from overheating and total loss.
