Default Should I replace any fluids on a 2016 with 12,000 miles?

I bought this in November with 11,800 on the clock and the dealer did the oil change (overfilled quite a bit but regardless). Since the car is almost 5 years old and still only 12,000 miles is there any other fluids I should consider changing soon just due to age. I live in AZ and my window of comfortable time in the garage will be nearing an end soon and if there is anything I can do or need to do I would prefer to do it soon.

If the dealer or PO didn't do it already the brakes should be flushed.

The coolant might has a specified age, but it's ten years. Check your wiper blades as the dealers only seem to replace them when they're actually failing, at least when it's in the "free" maintenance window. Pollen filter is a two minute job to either replace or just check, so that's worth a look.

Since you just got it, I'd also recommend getting it in the air to look for any signs of leakage on the differential seals.

I found the rear end leaking a week after I got the car. It was repaired by the dealer.
