Question Should I be worried?

Hello there!

I am about to sign for a '14 F-Type V8S at 9000 miles, but her Carfax report looks a bit creepy.
Apparently, the first owner had to visit the service 6 times in 2017 for:

Maintenance inspection completed Fluids checked
Oil and filter changed
PCM reprogrammed
Tire condition and pressure checked

Maintenance inspection completed Brakes checked
Air vent/outlet replaced
Tire condition and pressure checked

Maintenance inspection completed Battery/charging system checked Brakes checked
Interior cleaned
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked Tire condition and pressure checked

Maintenance inspection completed Battery/charging system checked
Brakes checked
Computer reprogrammed
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked Tire condition and pressure checked

Maintenance inspection completed Battery/charging system checked
Brakes checked
Window switch replaced
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked Tire condition and pressure checked

Maintenance inspection completed Battery/charging system checked Brakes checked
Air vent/outlet replaced
Tire condition and pressure checked

...and eventually put her up for sale. No issues whatsoever with the second owner for the last 1.5 year and 5000 miles.

Do you think the issues have been permanently fixed or should I be worried?

Thank you all.

If the second owner had no issues, maybe the first owner was just a bit paranoid - at least incapable of checking tyre condition and pressure?
As to the battery condition, if it was rarely used and not put on a battery conditioner that could explain why an unknowledgeable owner would keep reporting low battery voltages.

There is nothing whatever in that report that should cause concern. Note this: a modern luxury car such as the F-Type has enormous power requirements. Unless the car is used regularly (meaning several times a week, and for considerable distance -enough to keep the battery fully charged) it should be kept on a good battery maintainer such as the CTEK unit. In all likelihood, given the mileage, this car was seldom used, hence the battery issues. Again, there is nothing in this history which would prevent me from buying this car. Be warned: the F-Type is simply fabulous in any of its iterations and it might just release your inner hooligan.

The only thing troubling me is the 2X replacement of the center air vent.

Of course, early ones were more troublesome, so it could have been the second time that they installed revised parts.

The rest of the descriptions seem to be what the dealer performed...mostly routine stuff (there were some computer software updates along the way).

No issues by the second owner, or was the car serviced by an Indie shop?

I wouldn't be too worried. I have the same vintage (V6) and haven't had any real problems. The center vent is the only thing you have that appears to have been a recurring issues, and it's apparently fixed. Most of the items are standard checks the dealer will do on any service visit. If you're going to park the car for long intervals, you might was to check out the CTEK posts in the "How To" sticky. Modern cars put lots of demands on the battery and are voltage sensitive. I keep a spare pigtail wired to the F-Type, although I rarely need it (being in the south, as you are). I've probably gotten more utility using it on my lawn tractor - I haven't had to replace it since getting the CTEK.
While you're looking around, check out the "Known Problems" sticky (for peace of mind - there's not that much), and dig out the "By-standers reaction" thread for reading fun.
Welcome to the club!

Look at the dates on Carfax, if this is car from Up North and dates are all in spring and fall PO could have been swapping winter and summer tires.
