You referring to the Irvine C&C that got shutdown because it got too big? I heard that C&C was epic, but never got a chance to attend. A meetup at C&C then a drive is a good schedule. It does push the drive later, but allows socializing in the morning.

Yes, it is the Irvine C&C that got shut down. They finally found a permanent home.

Hmm that is actually quite a bit out of the way of any good canyon runs.
We would be better off skipping a C&C and running Malibu. There is also supercar saturday in La Canada which would be a good start point for Angeles Crest or San Gabriel Canyon.

I am in. I'll be in the area on the 22nd and meeting at Cars & Coffee sounds like a good start. I will have two friends in tow who sadly are not in F-Types. One is driving a classic Mercury (I'm being polite, it is a 1990 Capri XR2 that refuses to die) and the other a BMW M Roadster. They promise to stay out of group photos but they'll be along for the drive.

That's cool Tony, tag alongs won't be a problem. Due to location though we won't be taking off from any Cars & Coffee location.
Morning meeting area will be in Santa Monica. Working out the final location now. From there we will take up PCH and then weave our way through some canyon fun covering almost 100 miles before ending up for lunch at Neptune's Net at the far end of Malibu.
