What's the gap for NGK 94940 Spark plugs that we have for our F-type R??
Can't seem to find a consistent answer from any posts

According to the NGK web page the gap is .040 inches, see here: https://ngksparkplugs.com/en/part-finder.
AFAIK all NGK plugs come correctly gapped for their application so no need to stuff about with them, just bung 'em in straight out of the box and you are good to go.

I understand why today's tiny, thin electrodes can easily be damaged by a feeler gauge...but I carefully verify gaps....
