Is there anyway to code the Spoiler to stay up at low speeds? I heard the UK cars have the ability to do this

I've asked this both here on this forum and at my dealership, and the answer has been "no" both places.

Not for coupes, but I think it's possible for convertibles.

I saw a convertible putter by in city traffic this morning with his spoiler up and it was... pretty lame looking actually, so maybe count this as a blessing.
