I want to update the message board members about our sport cats. At this point, I can happily announce, our sport cats have not triggered the car's check (CEL) engine light. Since introducing our sport cats to the Jaguar F Type market, we have sold several exhaust systems which include the 100 cell and if desired 200 cell sport cat. None of our customers had the CEL appear on the car's dashboard.
We never can make a promise or guarantee to the customer that the check engine light will not get triggered. As you know the Jaguar F-Type sports car electrical/electronic computer system is so sensitive to irregularities, we take the position of letting the customer know, we cant guarantee the CEL wont become triggered.

At this point, we are very happy to say, the SuperSprint sport cats are compatible with the car's O2 sensor and the emmisions electronic management system for the V6 engine and V8 engine.
How is this possible? Along with our precise optimal design, our 100 cell and 200 cell sport cats have a "proprietary" design which incorporates very dense amount of precious metals; Platinum, Rhodium, Palladium and other rare metals. Our sport cats are a "premium" exhaust part for your car, made with the highest of standards.
Our catalytic cells are made exclusively for Super Sprint Italy by HJS of Germany.

Catalytic converters can be made without precious metals, such as Platinum, Rhodium, Palladium.

Alternative materials that can be used are less expensive, such as cerium, lanthanum, copper, nickel and iron based catalysts. However, it is worth noting that highly dense precious metal catalysts are more efficient in successfully reducing CO2 emissions and last longer.

HJS/SuperSprint catalysts have higher strength, greater flow, and a high level of precious metals, which makes the cost higher than other brand catalysts/sport cats. Also the special configuration (S-Winding) of the cell, developed by HJS, completely prevents exhaust leakage phenomena, which is very common in "other brand" cheaper catalysts.

Our sport cats have no droning sound and zero raspy tinny tone.

Oh, this is a great offer...
I've been looking for a sports catalytic converter for my F-type P300 for a long time. At the moment only one manufacturer produces them is Ragazzon, but I haven't had good experiences in the past. Among other things, they use Brain 300 cell catalysts and it is also necessary to remap with their catalyst.
Furthermore, you must purchase the entire complete exhaust because the catalyst is not compatible with the original exhaust line.
I saw on Supersprint site but there isn't a sports catalyst for the p300.

Would it be possible to develop a downpipe for our p300?

We sincerely thank you for your interest. Heres the information for you and anyone else who might be interested in a group buy event.

The development of a sports catalyst for the F-Type P300 (4 cylinder engine).

At this stage it is necessary to clarify some very important aspects :

1) The (estimated) price of this downpipe with an HJS catalyst (200 cpsi) could be approximately €2,000 retail.

2) We could offer a 40% discount on the Jaguar F-Type forum in the case of an actual verified group buy.

3) To be able to absorb our R&D investment, we would need to be guaranteed an order from 10 customers. It takes approximately 40 hours of time & labor to perfectly develop and build the exhaust part.

4) In case everything was agreed and defined, we will need the donor car for 4 - 5 days.

If 10 verified customers join as a group buy, we can proceed with this project. If there are other who are interested, create a list of any message board members who wish to join the group buy.

As one who had their headers on my Evora, I can say their systems are great. Took me less than a day to install and matched up perfect to my stock catback system.

 

Do you do a system for the XE-S with the 3.0 S/C engine?

It's a 2018 XE S 380ps with the 3.0 litre supercharged AJ126 engine.

Not sure but XF and XE might be compatible.

unfortunately we have not developed an exhaust system for this specific car model. The XF model exhaust would not be compatible. I confirmed with the R&D department. We never had the XES vehicle here at our fabrication department to have as a donor car to create an exhaust for your car.

Bummer, I want that sound! I'm in Australia so I can't bring my car to you, but I could take very careful and detailed measurements if you wanted to try and build a prototype together? It's probably not a good way to do it, but I'll send you a PM anyway
