I was wondering that as well, but the Euro plate did serve me well for 5 years. Then again, it took even longer than that for someone to notice I had no plate on the front of the MINI.

 

I just got the Sto n Sho -- awesome product! My 2019 had the Extreme Online Store tow hook mount when I got it -- I hated the fact that it was off center so I had to change it.

I don't have the stomach to throw out the EOS tow hook mount so if anyone can use it, I posted it in the marketplace (for free - just pay for shipping). Not sure if it's a violation of the terms to just link to it from this forum but I'm not trying to make any $$ from this -- just trying to give the old mount a good new home:

That EOS towhook shaft can be cut down and used to aesthetically dress up the hole that needs to be punched into the P7 grille for access to the tow hook mount. In addition to cutting it down, a couple of flats need to be machined into the end of the shaft to install or remove it when the tow hook is needed.
