SVR 2018 oil check
I assume you are doing it cold before you start the engine, if you mean there is no yellow blocks showing up the side of the graph then you have no oil or very low oil, I would not drive it, call Jag assist. I had a leak on my MY18 SVR through the diff casing but no oil was on the garage floor as it pooled in the under tray until the car was moving. if you are still unsure post a photo of the oil check gauge but you should have Amber/yellow bars up the side of it showing how full
This is one possible explanation, however no bars doesn't mean zero oil. It means that it is substantially down.
Considering that F-Type DOES NOT warn about low oil condition when driving, this issue should be taken seriously.

Normal - In order to see the ACTUAL level you need to use the process outlined in other threads here. Lift the bonnet, press ignition button without foot on pedal (provides ignition but does not actually start the engine), toggle through choices to vehicle info, toggle to oil level. Hit CAN (Cancel) on the steering wheel button TWICE and you will then be able to see the actual fluid levels

I stand corrected. I had been checking after I had run the car which required those additional steps. I just checked mine that had been sitting overnight and did see that I have a yellow fluid level even without having to use the cancel function when checked cold, not started. Apologies for the unintentional misdirection

I had run the car and then turned ignition with foot on brake then scrolled but didn’t open bonnet
Wasn’t mentioned by the dealer

Best to take it into a dealer and have them check the level to be absolutely sure.
It seems the only way to be absolutely sure of the oil level is to drain it all out and measure what comes out, and I guess a dealer would charge a packet to do this plus the cost of new oil for the refill.
The OP would be able to do this himself quite easily. Simply buy one of those suction pumps made for doing the oil change and have a clean container to suck the oil into. Once you have it all out you can measure it and then put it right back into the engine. Total cost would be less than $100 and take perhaps 20 minutes total.

did you spec yours without the rear wing or was it dealer stock one?
