Default Very good list!

I enjoy modifying all of my cars, but I gotta say all 10 of those express ramps to being a douche

Number 11?

Does this qualify? Actually, I think this goes beyond being a douche to being pretty damn humorous.

Best one I've ever seen was the full body "aero kit" and custom spoiler made from unpainted oriented strand board and somehow attached to the guys car.

I agree with the bulk of the list; though I'm not sure the A pillar gauges belong there.

I had A pillar gauges on a MKIV Supra Twin Turbo (the one with the big spoiler on the back) that I owned in the mid '90's...

More often that not, these are for posing and not actually connected to anything.

Even if the are, how many street legal cars require you to know oil pressure or boost level at all times?

On a track car, while on track, sure... but you probably won't use this data in a meaningful way unless you are a pro driver.

adding gauges like proper oil temp and pressure is prudent on many performance cars and other vehicles and it's common (albeit not on the A pillar) for most classic musclecars to have good aftermarket gauges as the factory gauges (if they even have them) aren't accurate.

I have Oil pressure, boost level and EGT gauges in my diesel truck (in the dash on mine) and they are absolutely critical to monitor when towing heavy up a long grade. My buddy with the same truck has his on the A pillar as his heated seat controls are where I put my gauges.

Cheers,
Dave

I have been guilty of four of the ten. Especially the 90s when I went through my 'country' stage LOL. Gigantic 4x4 with 44" tires yahooooo!! In counter-culture Portland no less. Ahh - fun times! - screw the 'big tires, little dick' female quips.

I don't think the number one mod on that list is the worst offense or even if it should be on the list at all. Your car doesn't rise to that level anyway. F types don't easily qualify for this list regardless.

Main reason I bought my F-type(vs. another corvette) is that here in S.W. Fla. many of the corvettes (esp.C-7's) would fit the list. Sorry to those who have both Vettes and F-Types. Too many late bloomers finally getting their fantasy realized.
I even have had an 80yr. Vette driver 'challenge' me at a stop light already. That is a little bit ridiculous.
