Thoughts on the V6AWD (vs RWD). Unnecessary Extra Weight?

I would love to read an owner report about how a RWD V8 F-Type hooks on Cup 2s or R888Rs. These kinds of tires are assumed on other cars in our HP class. Until then, we really don't know if the RWD cars have a traction issue.

I think its safe to say that below 50 degrees F there is a traction issue, and Cup 2s will likely make it worse at temperatures below 50.

No doubt. 550-650 HP cars that ship with Cup 2s are summer only cars unless you switch to winter tires. Even MPS4s are 40F+ without risking tire damage. Still, lots of cars have OEM Cup 2s.
