Very nice. Definitely like them and will look good on your car. I would prefer gloss black over matte, but that's just my opinion. Good Luck with the search!

Niche Ascari's (monoblock forged) look a lot like them:

The quality was decent for the price. Don't know if that is consistent with the forged wheels,, but I would expect so.

I like your earlier ferrarda choices better, but this is the problem with selecting wheels. When do you land on the final choice? I know I went through multiple selections before picking the final purchase.

Final choice is coming soon, just dragging my feet a bit due to my pending bill for blower porting, nitrous, methanol injection...arg, ha.

I like the Ferrada wheels better too. BUT, I can only get them in 10.5" rears and they weigh quite a bit more. But mainly the width issue.

With these 19x11.5 wheels, I'm gonna throw some 325/30/19 tires on it and call it a day.

Wasn't meaning you should rush. Looking is part of the fun. Jags don't have unlimited choices, so at some point you run out of options,

Interestingly, this showed up on Jalopnik this morning:

Wow. That video was interesting. The stress cracks on the wheels after the accident show it wasn't just a one wheel thing and all of them were being affected in a short period of time.

I actually have a set of Forgestar CF10 on my car.

My buddy just last week had his front two Forgestar barrels crack on his CLK63 Black Series, necessitating replacement. The wheels were four years old, and one of the first set produced, so we chalked it up to early manufacturing issues. He never tracked the car, but does drive it aggressively in the canyons fairly often.

After watching this video, and my buddy's experience with them, I will be removing them from my car this week. Scary, scary stuff...

Forgestar doesn't make their own barrels. They buy them as is in each specific size. Not an in house item, so don't expect the quality to have improved.

Yup, totally agreed. He just ordered a set of HRE's today, and the Forgestar's are coming off immediately.

Same for my car...

Wise choice. Those are the wheels to get. Totally worth the price. They actually engineer their wheels.

+1. Had a pair of HREs made for a C6 Z06. Their quality is unsurpassed, as is their price.

So true! i got a set of Forgestar CF10 for my old BMW from them painted in gloss black. The wheels arrived over a month late than originally quoted. The gloss black paint had some chips in them due to shipping process and some bumps as well. I got them refinished locally the following summer.

That being said, the wheels held up fine after that, no issues. But i wouldn't buy from them again.
