Question Tire Shine

Gentlemen, I have the MPSS tires. They don't look as sharp as the PZero's on the side wall. I'm wondering what you all recommend for a tire shine product that gives the wet glossy look.

Thanks

I've tried a number of products, but this seems to work the best by far as it initially looks the best and lasts longer. I just bought a gallon earlier this week for about $30.00 (after going through a $10.00 pint bottle). On refilling the pint spray bottle, it became apparent the gallon was a concentrated version that can be cut with water by 40% or so making it an even better deal. Their Bead Maker product is pretty good and easy to use too and I tend to use that for the semi annual paint protection in lieu of wax.

I really like Tuf Shine. It's a water-based acrylic clear coat that you apply with a sponge applicator and while not cheap, it lasts a very long time. I think the vendor claims 6 months to a year but I usually put a fresh top coat on every 2-3 months. The key is to clean the tires really, really well before coating it using the powerful cleaner and scrub brush that comes in the kit. The better job you do at cleaning the tires of all traces of dirt and silicone (from other tire dressings), the better the final result and the longer it will last.

Sonax tire gel. Has a nice matte finish if you apply a modest amount. Gloss if you apply more. Works great. Doesn't sling.

Probably should of mentioned the product is Shine All.... a lot to go through on that web page.
I'm assuming the water based products are fairly harmless as respects rubber deterioration.

I agree, not that wet look, but a deep black sheen....same stuff my Ceramic Pro detailer uses.
