Default Tow Hook Question

For those of you that have modified your front grill. How do you tow your car without doing any damage to it? I am looking at putting the E-Pace grill on my 2017 SVR. I will be relocating the parking sensors, but by placing the new grill I will lose the ability to use the tow hook attachment. Has anyone found a way to do this without the hook?

Cut her out, reposition and weld back in. OEM P7 grill though.
