Default Trim Removal

I had the dealer replace a scratched temperature control knob when I first collected my 24 P450. Immediately noticed a clicky noise emanating from the centre console area where I am guessing they pulled some trim to get to the knob. It seems to be the trim containing the start button where it adjoins the row of switches above. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to pull this panel and re-seat it with a bit of something soft in between? I’d prefer to tackle it myself if not too complex rather than have the dealer break something else…,

Plenty of video's on U-Tube, Look under Carplay Install for Jaguar F-Type Just a matter of a plastic tool lifting the back of the console trim and it will pop off.

You are a wise man. They likely would have created more problems than they fixed had you let them tackle it. No doubt.

Had the dealer replace the dash in mine, there was a small tear in it from factory. Came back with fewer rattles and noises than when showroom new.
