Default Tunnels

I had a black M3 running with me on I-90 today. A rare warm spring day in Seattle. I was running top down. Dude had his window down and he gave me a nice little wave as he sped up to pass me me in the right lane. I saw there was a lot of room in front of me and a large overpass/short tunnel ahead. Dropped the V8 into 3rd, ripped by him at about 6,000 rpm just as we went under, then a crackling overrun as we caught the traffic ahead. Suh-weeeet.

moments like that are what these cars were made for - and why we buy them!

Tunnels with the top down brings an instant silly grin to the face every time.

Superb!
Did we exchange any further pleasantries?
A nod / wave / thumbs up?

Great story. Never a dull moment with this car especially around other car enthusiasts.

Whenever I go anywhere near downtown Atlanta, regardless of where I end up - I use the 14 Street ramp to get back onto 75N. Several hundred yards of tunnel consisting of a two lane pristine concrete ramp with almost no traffic. I'll even get a smile out of my wife as see watches me wait for any traffic to clear.
