FYI, I (and I think others as well) have been fighting with this website to get it to accept my VIN. I know the VIN is correct. I spent a lot of time with the "HERE" group who now manages the NAV stuff as well as Jaguar customer service. I provided both parties with log in info and they were unable to get the site to accept the VIN. Pointed fingers at each other.
I was able to purchase a renewal for Jaguar Remote, which IS a nifty piece of software. You can check the location and status of the car from anywhere via the Jaguar Remote app. I was out of the country this past fall and was able to log in to the car, in its garage and see that it was OK, locked, etc. $70/year. Insurance co (Hagerty) gave me a small credit on my policy for having this feature. It would allow the car to be tracked if stolen. I have also read where other owners have checked to see if the dealer made any progress on working on the car... was it moved from parking area to inside shop, for example.
