just installed my new tune at this time i am not impressed, really i can't tell any improvement , my ck engine was on for start or two anyone know if performance improves after it goes out . turned the car off and on three or four times then the ck went out have not driven it since , does the ecu adjust with miles ? or do i have to change the tune . when i flashed my porsche with a giac tune the improvement was great any ideas would help am really bummed

 

The CEL for a few ignition cycles is normal and from reading them I wouldn’t suspect any performance hit. I’m not sure comparing apples and fish is helpful but you could try reverting to stock and see if you notice things get “worse”. But do follow up with Stuart & Chris as it’s only fair they help check things. And they will. I don’t like driving my car to the dealership without the tune, can’t wait to restore it when I get home…

 

when you say v-tune, do you mean VAP or someone else’s?

I was thinking the same thing! No Caps, or punctuation, and about every other word is misspelled or truncated. Also, reposts multiple threads on the same topic! I will now ignore any of these posts.

 

If you want people to help you, the least you should do is make it easy for them to read and understand what you're after. If you can't be bothered, why should anyone else?

 

Yes it's annoying but I wouldn't be too hard on him without all the facts, I suspect English is not his first language and he's using a phone not a PC or tablet.
