If you're having difficulty contacting us I apologize. I do not know what your email address is but we have had some significant (albeit intermittent) issues with our email service provider Rackspace where Microsoft is blocking delivery of outbound emails to multiple domains including hotmail, msn, outlook etc. It's intermittent and not based on our IP but on their servers. If we get a bounce notification we're trying to contact people by other means, but in some instances we don't have a phone number included in the correspondence for example. And sometimes the message is not delivered but we don't get a bounce notification.

It's actually not us that it would deprive of sales but the company that makes the tools. FWIW we couldn't care less about selling tools because we don't make any money selling them to you. We're interested in selling software and the tool is just the delivery system. There are also some fairly good reasons for not being able to use it on multiple vehicles at a time including the fact that the tool has failsafes built in to make sure you're not able to flash the wrong file to a car and brick the ECU.

But all in all, we have no financial interest in selling the tools, we just need them to get the software on and off your car!

Thanks Stuart. I was beginning to think that you may have taken a COVID-related break or annual leave or something. I've been in touch with the local Australian agent (who I purchased from last year) and they've been very helpful so far.
