Hi,
i bought the Vtech self tuning box from vap via a UK supplier (David Appleby Engineering). I've followed the instructions, updated the box via my pc etc. However when I connect it to my car and select "Tuning" to read my existing file nothing happens, the box locks up on the home screen and that's it. I've reached out to my supplier who has emailed Vap but so far had nothing back. Has anyone else had this issue and have a solution?

 

Sorted now. Needed a template update that was sent to me. 👍
