On my 2019 the infotainment software was updated over the air last fall to 21B... but when I do software update on the vehicle software/connectivity, it just keeps making a circle.... it also shows a blank for the software level in this section.... Is there a trick to getting it to show the software level... I tried going into topix, but as an "independent" login it does not show the software tab under vehicle settings... Thanks,

 

I would contact the dealer since your still under warranty?
