Default Water on seats after rain

Hey guys, my car seems to have a leak on the drivers side window. Every time it rains i find water on the left side of my drivers seat. Does anybody have this problem? Is it common?

Are you sure its not getting wet as you're getting into the car? Best way to test is have someone use a hose and spray the driverside from the outside so you can see where the leak is from the inside.

Seeing that you're in Burbank, I'm getting soaked down here in Irvine. Water is up the upper part of my rims.

Yeah im not sure if its a leak or it just falls in when I open the door, but its there every day after it rains.

Its pouring here too im surprised how well the F-type does in the rain when its in rain/snow mode.

I can almost guarantee its from opening the door. Happens to me all the time. But to be sure best way is to have someone spray it from the outside with a hose!

I usually carry a small terry cloth for that reason in the glove box. Just a quick wipe and you're good to go.

If you want to keep water out, never open the door. You should be fine. Oh, and don't hit the wipers to clear the windshield before you close the door.

You'd think it never rains in England.

I don't know if the window would fail to close all the way if it gets confused, but you could try the window reset procedure that is in your manual.

I have the pano roof and I always see a couple of drops of water on the drivers seat after washing the car and Before opening the door...have always wondered where it was coming from but haven't traced it.
