Default Whine at 90Km/h / 50mph

Hi guys,
I noticed i got a humming coming from the back when decelerating around 90km/h. Let's say from 95 to 80km/h. (55 to 50mph)
The humming stops when touching the throttle pedal. And cannot be heard from other speed. Basically only on deceleration from 55 to 50 no other speed
Car is only 10,000km v8s.
I hardly think it could be the differential on a 10,000 km (6,000 miles) car
Anyone with the same experience?
i can read lots of people saying it is normal if this is just at this speed and NOT under load which is my case.

Hard to tell from the description, and not sure how loud it is...Based on what you have here, I doubt there is anything wrong. A guess is that at that particular speed, the gearing ratios (Diffs/transmission) create the noise from the gears as they get "resistance" on deceleration.

I would not worry about it, and doubt there is any issue.

Hopefully nothing serious but it seems like diff issues can occur any time, also with low mileage. If you have a warranty I'd have the dealer check it out because it's always good to get a new diff since it will need to be replaced sooner or later anyway.

I had a different kind of whine (on light throttle between 90 and 100 km/h) which didn't really bother me and probably was no real issue but got a new diff under warranty thanks to that..

My whine usually comes from the passenger seat at 50 and above TBF 😂
