Default Window replacement

I lent my car to my brother (in Atlanta and I live in Houston) since I was moving.

He left it parked in a parking lot (outside of my instructions to always have it parked in a garage) and someone broke the window and scratched the side.

Anyone have any ball park estimates of the cost of replacement and repairs and any recommendations for Body Shops for Atlanta.

I have him taking it to the local dealer first to confirm nothing was broke with the car beside the cosmetics. Then hopefully it can be repaired this week and returned to me this week.

I keep telling myself it is just a car and to not be upset.

Pic of the inside of the car, he didn't send good pics of the scratches but it doesn't look to bad.

Sorry not sure about price but be very careful cleaning the glass up, broken glass tends to scratch the leather, if it's not to late I would use a vacume cleaner, best of luck

It is. While this certainly isn't something to be happy about, it is just a car and can and will be repaired. Breathe (and put it in perspective).

Good luck!

There is one Jaguar authorized body shop called Barrow Body Shop in Smyrna. Never had to use these guys so no idea what their work is like.

Another option is Nalley Collision in Doraville which isn't Jaguar Authorized but is BMW Authorized and they do excellent paint work. They fixed some scratches on my mum's Lexus and did a perfect job.

It is indeed sad that these cars present a particularly attractive target.

Sorry that happened to you. I have had excellent experiences with John Holt at Holt Wheels Collision.

http://holtwheelsmotorsports.com/

John is an enthusiast who owns 3 or 4 Jaguars himself, and has previously repaired my old car ('09 BMW M3) several times to perfection.

Thanks all for the recommendations and encouragement! He took it to Hennessy Jaguar and hopefully they will do a good job.

The only body shop I would use in the Atlanta area is Keziah's Collision in Ball Ground. He is north of Woodstock but well worth the drive if you want the car to be returned to you in perfect condition.

Call Danny Keziah at (770) 720-7957.
