My guess is it's the Design Pack.

My car is all black so no two tone but the rear drops off faster and doesn't have that bottom edge to it like the picture. Also no side skirts.

 

OK, so not the Design Pack.
And I should have worked out that as a no cost option it couldn't possibly be the Design Pack as that is/was a quite expensive option, several thousand $.
