Default Wrapping an F-Type

Finally got the progress pictures for the wrap for anyone else thinking of doing this. Project is by Vinyl Ink of Freemont. Activity Gallery - Vinyl-Ink - Vehicle Wrap and Graphics Cost around $4,200.

Very clean job, I like that they removed the bumpers. Did you end up wrapping the door jams?

Very nice, Rob. Very nice indeed. Good move keeping black cues in the front splitter/rear valence areas. It looks like you wrapped them in CF. Makes the color pop all that much more.

Didn't do the door jams, with a black car didn't think I needed to and it looks fine. If it had been another color I would have.

Try calling them (on a weekday). they have 2 graphic artists in house so I think there's a good chance they will do it.

I got my car back after having the front splitters and rear diffuser wrapped, they did a really good job and they are really nice folks. Chris, the owner who does almost all the wraps personally, has built a solid reputation in the field.

Default Battleship Gray Coup

OK this looks mean. I'm tempted to do this to my XKR. It is actually in Matte Black. Looked dark gray on my screen.

Wow, it looks superb. What's the life span of the wrap - is it durable, does it cause any lingering problems with the paint underneath?

It's supposed to last 7 years. If I keep it out of the sun (which I do) and don't let it dry out I think I can get more. Similar to a clear bra, which I've used for years, it is pretty easy on the paint. Had my A3 wrapped as well. It is sure fun.
