Default WTK: S/C Coupler PN for V6S

Hey all,

I emailed SCOL to find out which coupler would work for the V6S and they said it was challenging for them to provide fitment advice since there are 2 coupler ODs (~46mm OD and ~50mm OD) that are used in our F types.

They provided 2 different PNs for the 2 ODs
EAT-361506
EAT-85914

For those that have replaced their S/C coupler on the V6S - AJ126 engine, would you happen to have the OD of the OEM coupler? Unless there's one definitive coupler that is guaranteed to work?

Thanks in advance.

It seems that 361506 works for sure, at least for the V6, see here: https://classicairheads.com/blog/202...r-replacement/
I'm sure that poster is a member here I just can't remember who!

Unfortunately, it all depends on when your car was manufactured and what parts were on the shelf at the time. The only way to know for certain is to take the snout apart. The other option is to purchase both and return the one you didn't need. But there really is no way to know for sure. I will tell you most V6 snouts however will most likely use EAT-361506, I would say majority unless your F-Type is 2014 model. So if you wanted to gamble on one, this would be the one I would go with. HOWEVER.... I would also say that ZZP performance is a much better value that the actual Eaton part number. It is a fraction of the price ~$30 and honest is working flawless for me and many other owners. ZZPerformance

Thank you for the feedback. How many miles have you put on the ZZP Performance coupler?

It was just completed last month, so only around 350 miles, but I can tell you the car is quieter and I have no issues. Planning to do some data log runs since upgrading to Stage 3 next week.
