It sounds like your car is just giving a normal service reminder, not a warning. On newer Jaguars like your 2019 F-Type, it can start counting down miles long before the service is actually due, which is why the message showed up early and in faint letters. Its normal for it to disappear after reaching zero and it will come back next time a service is needed. Did you check the service menu in the instrument cluster or InControl? It usually shows the exact miles for your next oil change.
