A/C not cool enough!! Where do I start??
Remember my husband and I love our Jaguar but we know nothing about repairs. My son knows a little but not Jaguar's.

 

Given your stated technical ability and that of your son, it may be best and least expensive to take the vehicle to an automotive air conditioning or Jaguar specialist.

There are many things that can cause the climate control system to malfunction, not just merely adding refrigerant.

If the system is loosing refrigerant, the leak(s) must be found and corrected then the correct amount of refrigerant must be added back to the system by weight.
