Adobe XI doesn't work with JTIS DTCs
'File does not exist' message when trying to access DTCs via JTIS
To fix
In Reader, go to Edit->Preferences->Security(enhanced) and uncheck “enable protected mode at startup”. Restart Adobe Reader.
