Anyone has the 2008/2009 NAV DVD??
Hi guys.
Anyone has a new & up to date Nav DVD?
Anyone bought one?
I need to get one, but I need to make sure that these DVD's will work with my 2002 S-type player. Do the new DVD's work with older players?
Can anyone help me to test one out (of course I will buy one)!
Dont' want to buy something that wont work.

The new disc may not work with your unit. The new ones are a DVD, a single disc with the entire country on it. The 2002 models was built during the change from CDs to DVDs and I think before the change. Quick way to tell I suspect is whether you currently have one disc (DVDs) or several(CDs).

The DVD will not work in a CD-based system which I suspect you have.
The best way to tell this is to call Jaguar (1-800-4JAGUAR) and give them the VIN of your vehicle. They'll be able to tell you what your car has. Also, your Jaguar dealer should be able to help if you'll provide the VIN.
