Default Decarbonising kit, any help?

I have found this decarbonising kit in the garage. Does anybody know anything about it? Unfortunately the label with contents on has come off. Any information would be great! Thanks nick

Welcome to the forum Nick,

A little more information about the 'kit' and your vehicle could help members to give useful advice.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some info about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

From what Mother Google can tell me, it's an engine gasket set to be used during reassembly after decarbonizing.

Seems to apply to mid 1940s-1950s 3.5L engines.

Cheers I have since put up pictures on my profile of the kit.
I couldn't work out how to do it earlier.

The red box and old style Jaguar logo makes it for a very early model. I've been working on Jaguars for forty years and don't recognise the gaskets so Mike's 1940s-1950s era sounds likely.
