Greetings jag pros,
I searched all the words I could think of and didn't find a simple answer, so I guess this new thread is needed.

With the battery in the trunk or boot, adding electrical powered accessories is a challenge when you want constant power in the front of the car.
I have an xk8 but those that have been down this road please post where it is SAFE to tap into power in the fuse box or else where!

I am adding a power remote control licence plate james bond front plate unit, but after market horns, lights, etc. all need battery power up front, and I don't want to try and run a wire through the passenger compartment clear to the trunk! Thanks for any ideas!
