Default Jaguar Handbooks (Manuals) - reprints

This is the webshop for genuine owner literature, run for Jaguar Land Rover by their print supplier, Elanders Ltd:

https://www.jaguarlandroverliterature.com/jlr/jaguar/

Elanders Ltd is a multi national print group. The facility producing JLR literature is in the North of England.

Elanders Ltd
Merlin Way
New York Business Park
North Tyneside
Newcastle-upon-Tyne
NE27 0QG

Although primarily for dealers to order individual handbooks or complete Vehicle Literature Packs for pre-owned vehicles and new vehicles where the owner literature has been lost or damaged, Elanders Ltd will accept orders directly from owners.

One of our New Zealand members has recently obtained a replacement Vehicle Literature Pack for his 2005 XKR and posted a good report on the service:

Welcome to the forum John,

I've deleted your identical post from XK8/XKR forum.

Do you want a printed Handbook or a PDF? If you want a printed one, follow the links I put in post #1 to order it from Elanders Ltd.

If you want a PDF, I have it.

Steve,

The problem with TOPlx is the handbooks are all in individual sections. OK if you want to read online but it takes a long time to download all of them.

The 2008MY XK Owner's Handbook is in 48 separate parts on TOPlx.

I've got in the original individual parts - haven't compiled it into a single PDF yet.

18 would be USA, 10 is UK - there are few differences

If it's 2008 and a later one is wanted I think the request (post #9) gave the wrong reference. Or it might be that the MY10 (USA) car's book was copyright 2008 in UK.

If you know different and the wanted ref then please post as I may have it...

This is what I have:

Year: Jaguar Ref: Copyright
2006MY: JJM 10 02 30 652 - Feb 2006
2007MY: JJM 10 02 30 701 - 2006
2008MY: JJM 10 02 30 801 - 2007
2009MY: JJM 10 02 30 901 - 2008
2010MY: JJM 10 02 30 101 - 2008
2011MY: JJM 10 02 30 121 - 2011 UK
2011MY: JJM 18 02 30 121 - 2011 US
2013MY: JJM 10 02 30 141 - 2013

These were downloaded from TOPlx in early 2013 and may have subsequently been amended.

Other than the convention 10=UK and 18=US which has continued through many different models and years, there appears to be little logic in the numbering sequence

I'm learning the nomenclature but I quoted JJM 18 02 30 101 because that is the number is on the 1st page when I view my VIN manual in Topix.

In that case the one I linked is perhaps very close.

Otherwise I suppose TOPIX or you can probably buy one (ebay etc).

I have the Drivers Handbook for the 1999MY. You can download it from MediaFire by following this link:

1999 XJ Drivers Handbook - JJM 18 02 12 87
http://www.mediafire.com/file/05qt82...8_02_12_00.pdf

The routine maintenance information is in the Vehicle Care Handbook which you can download from here:

1999 XJ Vehicle Care Handbook - JJM 18 16 12 00
http://www.mediafire.com/file/a2cd1i...8_16_12_00.pdf

If you haven't got a MediaFire account, then DON'T download any of the free software offers as you sign up for a free account.

Can someone please direct me to where I can find a shop manual for a 2002 S type and NOT the same PDF one that I have that doesn't show the page numbers? I'm new to this forum and finding what other people are talking about by going to the shop manual has been a chore. Right now I'm simply trying to find a chart with the numbers of the fuses in the primary junction box. Is there a shop manual with a table of contents or glossary that shows page numbers? Been sitting here for 30 minutes just trying to ID the fuses. It shouldn't be this hard. Thanks

Steve,

This thread is about purchasing genuine Drivers' Handbooks from Jaguar's printers. It is NOT for questions about the contents or technical questions and, more importantly, has absolutely nothing to do with Workshop Manuals.

The information you want is in the S-Type Driver's Handbook (on pages 6-20 to 6-33. If you post a question in S-Type forum, members there will be able to provide a download link for a PDF version.
