Looking for input from multi-Jag owners
Hello All
I have a line on a 1996 XJ12, but I would like to hear feedback from someone who has experience with an x300 V12.
I am a happy owner of a '98 XJ8 and my wife has a '96 XJ6. I have enjoyed long road trips in both of these cars and have started looking to find a nicer example (low km, better maintenance, etc) for weekender duty rather than daily driver. I have been very pleasantly surprised with the availability of parts and ease of repairs & maintenance on our current Jags.
Due to cramped spaces I do not assume routine repairs will be as east as the XJ6 & XJ8.
Is the extra engine power enough to make a big difference in driving dynamics?
I am also assuming the we have pretty much reached the bottom of the depreciation curve on this generation of Jaguars, and am considering that this might be a good investment - not to make money, but just to be able to maybe get back out of it what I put in about a decade from now.
Cheers
Ken

I reckon you will many more answers in the XJ12 (X305) Tech Section, down the home page a little bit. One above the X300 Section.
X300 V12 are a rare beast in any market.
Memory ????, is that OZ only got 9? of them, all in Daimler spec.
Only even seen one in my time, and that was at a distance.
