MAF wiring harness on 2015 XJ

MAF wiring harness on 2015 XJ
Trying to change my engine filters and can’t seem to figure out how to disconnect the sensor connector so I can remove the cover. I see a small white plastic tab on the back but can’t figure out how it comes apart. Thanks
