Hello every one, just curious as to any one who knows what the V means in TDVI. ?

TDDi = Turbo Diesel Direct injection so TDVi is likely to be Turbo Diesel Variable injection if it uses variable geometry turbocharging.

Alternatively, it could refer to the active Vibramount engine mounts used to cancel out low frequency vibrations.

The Jaguar Press Release on the XJ Sovereign 2.7 TDVi explained several of the more common acronyms but not TDVi.
