Default Need guidance for a coolant leak behind intake

I'm trying to repair my xf portfolio. Rodents got into my engine bay and I have a coolant leak behind intake. It's either the pipe that connects the heads or one of two hoses connected to the pipe. My problem ? I can't get the wiring harness out of the way to get access . I tried everything . The plastic cover unclips but you can't unhinge it enough to get the cover off. If I was able to remove the cover I possible could have enough room to get back there. I do not want to remove intake. Please anyone who has done this repair let me know procedure and steps to do repairn
