Default Please help me identify this part!

So driving the other day when my faithful 2001 Jaguar S-type overheated, I pulled over and found the culprit, a hose that supplied coolant was dangling and shooting fluid all over the place. I found that the connection had basically rotted off and broke inside the hose. A simple fix but I have no idea what the part I need is called or where to start.

Please help me identify this part!-yri63.jpg

The red circle indicates where the connection rotted off, all that glue was a very temporary fix that allowed me to get across town. I appreciate any help.

A picture of the hose removed, arrow points to where the rotted piece used to be.

You are looking at one of the manual bleed valves that you should avoid using or attempt to use it will fall apart. It is called the Hose assy upper radiator and the part # is dependent on the engine and vin#. You have another manual bleed next to the expansion tank.

I had the same kind of assembly in my 2001 Lincoln LS and suffered the same failure. That part, on my LS, was not replaceable by itself and I had to buy a completely new hose assembly. Considering the condition of the plastic, once I got it off, I was very glad I did not try to "fix" it.
