I just found out that my rear right passenger seat will not latch into the locked position. It occasionally will fall forward if I have to stop quickly. I looked at the locking mechanism and it looks like its stuck in the closed or locked position.

Does anyone have a quick fix to this issue? Would this be something that is covered under warranty?

I see you are new to Jaguar...

My experience is... get to know your dealer WELL. If I drove to my dealer’s service department they would have that fixed in a slight moment at most probably no cost to me... and serve me donuts and coffee and share idle car chit chat while it was being done.

Well I live in CT so Im sure that won’t happen. People aren’t that nice around here. I will be taking it to the dealer when I have time next week.
