When you say stuck, do you mean the power seat control does not move the seat?
Two things to look at
1- the switch on the side of the seat;
2- module that controls the movement

does the seat move at all with other controls?

I guess I should have been more specific after finding another thread dealing with seat-back positioning. The passenger seat back is in the forward .. towards the dash position, and while the release lever does move with normal effort as it should, the seat back will not release to return to the normal reclined position. None of the motorized functions work, but I expect that they are disabled with the seat-back in the dash-forward position. I would think that this is purely a mechanical latch function, but perhaps there is more going on there. I am lacking insight into any fault analysis, as I was not the person who put the seat into the dash forward position .. it was being "pre-detailed" as it were. This has never happened before, with either seat.

Sounds as it the seat might be "jammed". When the seat is all the way forward, I believe the mechanical release will not work.
Start with the easy solution. Check the fuses that support the passenger seat, should be 2 if I recall correctly. This will be in the chart in your owners manual.
Good luck!
