I trust the majority of you, your family and your friends have been unaffected by CovID apart from the lockdown and other measures. Unfortuneatly during lockdown I suffered a blocked artery and they were unable to revascularise resulting in a below knee amputation. Being my left leg I thought I could just jump back into my beloved X-Type auto and drive but no! The DVLA Medical Section have to OK my fitness to drive. But now (I am currently in rehab) the physios/OTs are saying Jaguar seats tend to be too low for transfer (friend measured at 16" or 40cm). Any amputees out there driving X-Types? Does the XJ from the same era have higher seats?
