Unhappy Tires!! Help!!

Hello again all! Heres my latest problem. I got a flat and i'm trying to change the tire. I took off all lug nuts and the tire still wont come off. Is there a center locking nut or something that i need to remove from the center of the wheel as well? Is there a special tool that i need or is it stuck somehow? Please help again i dont want to damage the rim.

Lug nuts are it. I think the wheel is just rusted to the rotor. May need to use more elbow grease.

If you can't get em off, an old truck drivers method, loosen all the nuts just half a turn, remove the jack and drive it 2/3 yards/metres. That should break the seal.

When you replace the wheel use a smear of Coppaslip on the mating face.
