Unable to install IDS 118, prompts for VCM disk?

Unable to install IDS 118, prompts for VCM disk?
I am trying to install IDS 118. Half way through the installation it prompts me for the VCM disk. I have pointed the installer at every directory on the disk to no avail. Where can I get said VCM disk?
These are the symptoms of a bad download. Re-downloaded and everything installed fine this time.
