Dear all, having had my xf for 3 years and really enjoyed it I thought i would use a XJR as the donor for a project car i'm planning. The problem is I can't find the physical dims for the engine, only need the width at the widest point (cam covers) and the height and length
If anyone knows were I might find them I would be very greatfull. Hoping to use a early XJR

As a side point, I've read a lot about the prolems with early v8's, but still think its worth a spin even If I have to strip it get it sleeved and rebuild it.

I can't find the dimensions for the V8 but I'm sure one of the members to put a tape measure on the unit for you.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
