I live in Great Britain and here the Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 DAB costs £400 while in Italy only £330. Next week I'm flying to Italy, if I will buy it there, will it work when I bring it back to Britain?
Regards, Tommaso

Better to apologise to the wife after spending money on my Daimler, rather than to ask her permission beforehand...
Good to hear you got a positive answer from Blaupunkt.
In forty five years of marriage, I have never discussed vehicle purchases with my wife. We have consequently never had a disagreement about them although she was clearly underwhelmed with my Land Rover Series III LWB Safari which she disparagingly called "that b****y tractor".

Nice to hear that wives are the same all world round!
In fact, right now, I made the mistake to involve my wife in the decision of which Land Rover model to buy for our school runs, as we cross very bad, pot holed and muddy roads!
109
110
Defender
L322 (2006-2011)
In Great Britain the L322 is so cheap that it's ridiculous, while Defenders are overpriced. I'm in love with the 109 but it's a super harsh ride, far too noisy to talk to each other and so many air drafts that it's like driving with the windows open. Unfortunately the 110/Defender are inaccessible to the allocated budget (£8,000) so it looks like we'll end up with a petrol L322 (supercharged?).
Beautiful pictures! So you had both the 90 and the 109? At the same time? I absolutely love the Series landy. I have a week spot for the 109.
Have you ever heard of the Oxford Cambridge Overland from London to Singapore in 1955? The first true overland adventure? This is not a motorcar, is a legend.
I could just afford a 109 that I saw advertised for £8,700 but it will be a daily driver for the school runs and I'm not sure that my daughter will be very happy. We drive only 6 miles, but across very muddy roads with pot holes that look more like sink holes.
