It won't harm the screenwash system but it could damage the vehicle paintwork. Flush it out with clean water and then refill with screenwash fluid.

Siphon it out, then rinse the tank with water and clear the lines to the sprayers. If coolant has been sprayed on the windscreen and the wipers used, the windscreen should be thoroughly cleaned and the wiper blades replaced. Clean any coolant from painted surfaces as well.
