Does my recently acquired 2006 XKR (which is fantastic!) have a receptacle for plugging in an emissions test device? If so, where is it? I don't see anything on the left below the dash where other cars have it. Thanks in advance.

US Federal law states that the OBDII port must be within 18" of the steering wheel.

The weirdest place I saw was a BMW Z3 that is on the RIGHT side of the center console.

 

Thanks Graham. If it was a snake it would have bit me. No excuse how I missed seeing it. This is my first car new enough to have a port;
being one of those old guys who sometimes keeps a car for more than 50 years.
